Do you agree that LA drivers SUCK?

I have been driving for more than forty years. I have driven all over the world; six of the seven continents - you guessed it, not Antarctica! 

I have driven regularly in Paris, Rome, Tokyo, Sydney, London, Bombay, New Delhi, Beijing, Johannesburg, Shanghai, Sao Paulo, Nairobi, Cairo and Mexico City to name just some of the larger ones. I have driven in 44 US states, including but not limited to the following major cities - NYC, San Francisco, Miami, Honolulu, DC, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, San Diego and Los Angeles. 

I mention Los Angeles last for good reason. In my considered opinion, the standard of driving in Los Angeles is the very worst in the World. Sorry 'Los Angelians’ but driving across 5 lanes all at the same speed, not overtaking and then moving right, hogging the outside lane on a freeway when lanes inside you are driving faster than you, not signaling when you are making a turn, not moving forward enough on a green light turning left to allow more than one car making the turn before the light turns red, driving with your favorite brew balancing between your thighs while texting, applying make-up or shaving, still staring at your phone nine seconds after the light turned green, all constitute evidence of terrible driving.
